1. Outrigger and intermediate frame of belt conveyor: before installation, use theodolite to find the center line, and then lead out the pile point position of each leg according to the position of the center line. If there is embedded iron, it should be adjusted according to the position of the embedded iron, so as to facilitate the installation company. Each leg should be firmly welded with the embedded parts.
2. Counterweight device: when installing the counterweight device, the parallelism between the two force columns and the verticality shall be ensured. After the counterweight device is installed, considering the safety, protective railings shall be installed immediately.
3. Head frame, tailstock and driving device frame: firstly, check the elevation of the installation foundation, find the center line, and pay attention to the axis deviation of head and tail frame is not more than ± 1.5. During installation, attention should also be paid to the setting of pad iron. The pad iron should be set at the main load-bearing position according to the specification requirements. A pair of pad iron should be placed on both sides of each connecting bolt. The number of pad iron should not exceed 5. When placing the pad iron, the thinner pad iron should be placed in the middle of the thicker one. After the adjustment, the pad iron should be welded firmly and the bolts should be tightened.
4. Rollers and idlers: when installing the rollers and idlers, check the rotation of the bearing parts. If the rotation is not flexible, repair or replace them in time. The position of the driving drum and the reversing roller need to be adjusted during debugging, and the tightening torque of the bolts is 75-80% of the final tightening torque.
5. Unit installation: the unit installation shall meet the requirements of the specification. The center line deviation of the unit is 0.02mm, the radial error of the coupling is 0.05mm, the end face runout value is 0.02mm, and the clearance between half couplings is 3-5mm. It should also ensure that the levelness of the unit and the use of pad iron meet the specification requirements.
6. Belt pulling: the manufacturer or professionals are responsible for it.
7. Oil filling and debugging: record the oil filling during refueling, add appropriate mechanical oil or gear oil according to the reducer model, and add grease (lithium base grease) to each bearing seat of belt conveyor. During commissioning, personnel should be set at the head, tail and middle position of the belt conveyor. The staff should pay attention to whether the belt conveyor operates normally. In case of fault or serious deviation, the operation should be stopped immediately. During the commissioning, the inching should be taken first, and then the commissioning can be carried out when the electric power is normal. After the belt conveyor deviates, the staff should adjust the relevant parts according to the experience, and ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor after multiple adjustments. Staff should also use walkie talkie or whistle to keep in touch, pay attention to the safety of the machine and personnel (themselves and others) at all times, and illegal operation is strictly prohibited. During commissioning, check the temperature of motor, reducer and bearings, check the noise of reducer with stethoscope and make debugging record.
